While becoming a mother can be beautiful, it can also feel overwhelming, isolating, and confusing. Many mothers find themselves wondering:

Your investment in The Fourth Trimester includes six therapist-led support group sessions, a thoughtfully designed workbook/guided journal, practical resources, and the opportunity to build meaningful connections with other moms in a safe, supportive environment.
Early Registration: $225 if you register by August 1, 2026
Pay in Full (after August 15): $240

Because space is intentionally limited, registration is required to reserve your spot. Registration is confirmed once the first payment is received. I believe healing happens best in a close-knit community where every mom has the opportunity to be seen, heard, and supported.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is this group for?
This group is designed for moms in the postpartum season (up to 12 months after birth) who are looking for support, connection, and practical tools as they navigate early motherhood.
Do I need to have postpartum depression or anxiety to join?
Not at all. While moms experiencing postpartum depression or anxiety are welcome, this group is for any new mom who wants a supportive community and a space to process the many changes that come with motherhood.
Can I bring my baby?
Yes! Babies are welcome if childcare isn't available. We understand that life with a newborn is unpredictable, and this group is designed with flexibility and grace in mind.
Is this covered by insurance?
No. The Fourth Trimester is offered as a psychoeducational support group and is not billed through insurance.
What if I miss a session?
Because this is a closed group, sessions cannot be made up. It is encouraged that participants attend as many sessions as possible to get the greatest benefit and to help build trust and connection within the group.
What if I decide the group isn't the right fit?
Due to the limited number of spaces available, registration fees are non-refundable once the group begins.
How many moms will be in the group?
To create an intimate, supportive environment, participation is limited to 8 moms.
When does the group begin?
The next group begins September 1 and meets weekly for six consecutive weeks.
