Hi! I’m Jess
Whatever brought you here, I'm glad you found your way.
I created Mosaic Mental Health because I believe therapy should feel human.
You won't find a therapist who sits silently and nods for fifty minutes while you do all the work. My approach is warm, collaborative, honest, and sometimes sprinkled with humor when it's helpful. I believe healing happens through genuine connection, practical tools, self-awareness, and creating a space where you feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are.
At the heart of my work is the belief that every piece of your story matters.
The parts you're proud of.
The parts you're still trying to understand.
The messy parts.
The painful parts.
The parts you've spent years trying to hide.
Like a mosaic, our lives are made up of many different pieces. Some are beautiful. Some are broken. Some don't seem to fit at all. But when we step back and look at the whole picture, every piece has a place.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, chasing after my two boys, cuddling my dogs, or trying to balance the beautiful chaos of motherhood and everyday life. These experiences have taught me a lot about resilience, self-compassion, and the importance of giving ourselves permission to be imperfect.
My goal is simple: to help you better understand yourself, build confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.
You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
You just need a place to start.
And I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege (LMHC-D), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor-Trainee (CASAC-T). I provide virtual therapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout New York State.
