A Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation is the initial assessment completed before beginning therapy services. During this appointment, we'll discuss your current concerns, symptoms, personal history, relationships, life experiences, strengths, and goals for treatment.
This session is designed to help us gain a comprehensive understanding of what brings you to therapy and determine the most appropriate path forward. It's also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you're hoping to gain from therapy, and decide whether we're a good fit to work together.
There is no pressure to have everything figured out before this appointment. You don't need to know exactly what's wrong or have all the right words. Your job is simply to show up as you are.
Together, we'll begin building a roadmap toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.

Past and current offerings have included groups focused on personal growth, emotional wellness, skill-building, and specialized populations, such as student-athletes, women, new parents, and young adults.
These groups provide opportunities to learn new skills, gain support, connect with others, and grow in a collaborative environment while benefiting from professional guidance and facilitation.
Because offerings vary throughout the year, group availability is limited and enrollment is typically announced as programs become available.
